This is a transcript from Day Three (March 20, 2002) of a Pollution Control Hearings Board proceeding in Washington State, in which the Airport Communities Coalition and Citizens Against Sea-Tac Expansion challenged the State Department of Ecology and the Port of Seattle over environmental permits related to Sea-Tac Airport expansion. The hearing, held in Lacey, Washington, involved attorneys representing community groups opposed to the expansion as well as state and port officials defending it. The proceedings continued through Day Ten, March 29, 2002.
