Notes
Email dated April 25, 2000 from Martha Choe (MarthaC@CTED.WA.GOV) to Tom (TFIT461@ECY.WA.GOV, Washington State Department of Ecology) relaying concerns raised by Port Of Seattle and Bob Drewel at a meeting regarding the Section 401 water quality permit for the Sea-Tac Airport third runway. Topics include FAA takeover of ESA (Endangered Species Act) review from the Army Corps of Engineers, King County stormwater format compliance issues, Tom Luster’s assessment that nothing would preclude DOE from issuing the permit, post-July 21 permit deadline impact on the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) metropolitan transportation plan and federal funding, Chris Vance’s opposition on the PSRC, and a Port Of Seattle request for a meeting with the Governor bringing labor and AWB. Choe recommends weekly Port-DOE coordination meetings and a checklist. AR023714–AR023716.
