Blacklined draft Declaration of Restrictive Covenants dated 6/28/01, executed by Port Of Seattle (grantor and grantee) for the Tyee Valley Golf Course Mitigation Area in King County, Washington. Document restricts development, clearing, grading, filling, and construction within the mitigation area as required by Washington State Department of Ecology Order and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 Permit, in connection with construction of a third runway at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Restrictive covenants permit only Corps/Ecology-approved Natural Resource Mitigation Plan activities, wildlife management under the Wildlife Hazard Management Plan (14 CFR 139.337), monitoring and maintenance, stormwater drainage channels, and water/air quality monitoring equipment.
