Agid, Senior Environmental Program Manager, Port Of Seattle, to Roger Nye, Washington Department of Ecology Northwest Regional Office, Bellevue, WA. Transmits a “potential sites” table and map for the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport MTCA (Model Toxics Control Act) Groundwater Study in compliance with Agreed Order scope of work section IV.1.(b). The enclosed table (dated 7/10/01) lists 12 identified potential sites (P1–P12) at Sea-Tac Airport with potential soil and groundwater contamination based on historical operations, including: Former Maintenance and Paint Shop, Former Gas Station, Former Lagoon Area, Possible Refueler Tank (20,000 gallon fuel tanks), Abandoned Hydrant Line, Possible Concourse A Area Fuel Tank (500 gallon, 1966–8 drawings), Possible Parking Garage Fuel Tanks (2–4,000 gallon tanks), Former Gas Station (removed 1969), Possible Transformer Room Fuel Tank, Abandoned Hydrant Line (near Concourse C), Former Maintenance Hangar Tank Area (7 fuel/oil USTs, two drywells), Possible Air Cargo Area Tanks (2,000 gallon fuel tank and 500 gallon gas tank).
