This December 2001 report, prepared by Hart Crowser, Inc. for the Port of Seattle, presents baseline chemical characterization results for the Black River Quarry in Renton, Washington, which was evaluated as an off-site borrow source of fill material for the Sea-Tac Third Runway Project.
