Rozeboom filed in support of Airport Communities Coalition (ACC) reply on motion for stay before the Pollution Control Hearings Board (PCHB), case nos. 01-133 and 01-160, concerning Section 401 Certification No. 1996-4-02325 and CZM concurrency statement issued August 10, 2001 and reissued September 21, 2001 (Amended-1). Rozeboom disputes declarations by Steven G. Jones, Joseph Brascher, Donald W.E. Weitkamp, Paul S. Fendt, Ann Kenny, Eric Stockdale, and Kelly Whiting filed by Foster Pepper & Shefelman and the Washington Attorney General on behalf of Port Of Seattle and Ecology. Three categories of disagreement: adequacy of HSPF model calibration for Walker and Des Moines Creek low flow impacts; effects of Industrial Wastewater System improvements on stream low flows; and adequacy of low flow mitigation plan conditions in Ecology’s 401 Certification.
