Rozeboom disputes declarations by Steven G. Jones, Joseph Brascher, Donald W.E. Weitkamp, Paul S. Fendt, Ann Kenny, Eric Stockdale, and Kelly Whiting filed by Foster Pepper & Shefelman and the Washington Attorney General on behalf of Port Of Seattle and Ecology. Three categories of disagreement: adequacy of HSPF model calibration for Walker and Des Moines Creek low flow impacts; effects of Industrial Wastewater System improvements on stream low flows; and adequacy of low flow mitigation plan conditions in Ecology’s 401 Certification.
