Minutes from the June 21, 1973 Urban Development Committee meeting for the Sea-Tac Communities Plan, held in Burien. The meeting covered environmental planning requirements under the National and State Environmental Policy Acts, a White Center community opinion survey presentation, a water quality and drainage study by Stevens, Thompson and Runyan Inc., and the County’s ‘middle plan’ concept for the Highline area. Members also discussed redrafting the original grant goals to make them more understandable to the community.
