A City Council agenda item providing an update on the Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP) environmental review process. The FAA completed their NEPA review in September 2025, approving 31 near-term projects including 19 additional gates and a second terminal. The Port of Seattle is now conducting SEPA review with a Draft EIS released May 22, 2026.
