Declaration of Gina Marie Lindsey, Director of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (STIA) since September 1993, submitted in Pollution Control Hearings Board (PCHB) Case No. 01-0133, Airport Communities Coalition v. Department of Ecology and Port of Seattle. Lindsey describes STIA deficiencies including airside delays during poor weather, inadequate parking, inadequate road access for south airport traffic, and inadequate terminal capacity.
