Port Of Seattle Commission presentation (Item 10b, July 12, 2022) requesting authorization for the Executive Director to execute a ground lease with PDC Seattle LPIV BB/TH, LLC (Panattoni) for development of approximately 399,337 square feet of Class A logistics and distribution facilities at Des Moines Creek West. The 19.8-acre site is zoned B-P (Business Park), located adjacent to Sea-Tac Airport and Des Moines Creek Business Park near S 216th St and 24th Ave S, to support SEA airport Aviation and Logistics operations. Facility is described as environmentally sustainable, state-of-the-art.
