The act covers appropriations for multiple federal agencies and departments for fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, organized across seven divisions including Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, Commerce, Energy, Interior, and Transportation. An explanatory statement printed in the Congressional Record on or about March 5, 2024 is given the same effect as a joint explanatory statement of a committee of conference.
