The workplan focuses on the Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP) SEPA Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Part 150 Study, air quality monitoring expansion, toxicologist addition to the SAMP SEPA EIS response team, traffic analysis under NEPA and SEPA including WSDOT HWY 509 impacts, StART (SEA Stakeholder Advisory Roundtable) representation, noise mitigation, eminent domain research for noise-affected properties, and a planned community survey. Includes Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with cities of Burien and SeaTac for shared legal counsel on SAMP SEPA/NEPA response.
