Document PRR26-564 describes SeaTac’s planning history from incorporation in February 1990, the Growth Management Act (GMA) adopted by Washington State Legislature in 1990-1991, and the original 1994 City of SeaTac Comprehensive Plan. Covers SeaTac’s subarea plans including the City Center Plan (adopted December 1999), South 154th St. Station Area Action Plan (adopted December 2006), and SeaTac’s functional plans.
