Appendix A to the SeaTac Housing and Human Services Background Report, prepared by Leland Consulting Group (LCG) as part of a consultant team led by Otak for the SeaTac 2044 Comprehensive Plan update. Details the Land Capacity Analysis methodology and results for housing units and jobs, including housing by income band as required by HB 1220 (2021), codified in RCW 36.70A.070(2)(c) and RCW 36.70A.070(2)(d). SeaTac targets include 5,900 new housing units and 14,810 new jobs between 2019 and 2044 per 2021 King County Countywide Planning Policies. Covers HUD Area Median Income (AMI) bands at 30%, 50%, 80%, 100%, and 120% for King County, permanent supportive housing (PSH), emergency housing definitions, and Washington Department of Commerce 2023 guidebook ‘Guidance for Updating Your Housing Element.’
