The Puget Sound Regional Council’s amended biennial budget and work plan for fiscal years 2026-2027, covering July 2025 through June 2027. The document includes revenue and expenditure comparisons, staffing summaries, funding sources and uses, and an integrated planning timeline. It was amended in September 2025 and received a GFOA Distinguished Budget Presentation Award.
