Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) prepared by King County Department of Planning and Community Development and Port Of Seattle Planning and Research Department for the proposed Boeing Company Corporate Headquarters Facility. The project site lies on the western boundary of Sea-Tac International Airport, east of 12th Avenue South, between approximately South 166th Place and South 173rd Street. Action involves Community Plan Amendments (Highline Communities Plan and Sea-Tac Communities Plan), zoning reclassification from RS-7200 to M-P, lease and permits.
