Includes: (1) Highline Water District letter from Keith A. Harris to Dennis Ossenkop (FAA Northwest Mountain Region) and Barbara Hinkle (Port Of Seattle Health, Safety and Environmental Division), raising unanswered groundwater contamination and aquifer recharge mitigation questions from the July 27, 1995 draft EIS; the District holds water rights to 17.5 million gallons per day (MGD).
