We agreed with the Port on how to adjustJmodifylanguage in a few of the certification conditionsto clarify howthe Port will mitigate environmental impacts of the new runway and associated projects. The modificationsgive the Port more certainty regarding our requirements withoutweakening the certification. Ecology and the Port jointly asked the PCHB to approve the language changes.
