SUMMARY: This action amends regulations pertaining to passenger facility charges (PFC’s) to incorporate administrative and statutory changes in the procedures to establish PFC’s based on recent enactments by Congress and records of decision by the FAA. This action is issued as a final rule without prior notice and comment because the changes are administrative and/or required by statute. Also the immediate adoption of these regulations is in the public interest and is necessary for public safety. DATES: Effective June 29, 2000.
