Des Moines City Council agenda item providing an update on the Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP) environmental review process. The FAA completed their NEPA review in September 2025, approving 31 near-term projects including 19 additional gates and a second terminal. The Port of Seattle is now conducting SEPA review with a Draft EIS released May 22, 2026.
