Sea-Tac Housing Action Plan

The SeaTac Housing Action Plan, adopted September 14, 2021, is a community-driven strategy developed by the City of SeaTac to address local housing affordability and needs. Created with input from the City Council, Planning Commission, city staff, and residents, the plan was funded in part by a Washington State Department of Commerce housing affordability grant. It outlines actions and priorities to guide housing development and affordability efforts within the City of SeaTac.
