Presentation to the Port of Seattle Commission on October 25, 2022 (Item No. 10a supp) requesting authorization for the Executive Director to: (1) increase the SEA Gateway/North Main Terminal Redevelopment Program budget to $500 million; (2) authorize an additional $159,500,000 in supplemental funding to continue Phase A construction; and (3) execute a Tenant Reimbursement Agreement (TRA) with Alaska Airlines. The Commission Authorization Summary shows five phases of authorization totaling $500 million, with prior authorizations of $10 million (4/27/21), $21.5 million (11/9/21), and $149.5 million (12/14/21), with a fifth authorization of $159.5 million for FGMP and Phase B Construction anticipated in Q1 2023.
