Stakeholder Engagement and Education Report for the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) Regional Aviation Baseline Study, prepared by PRR in January 2021, funded by a $1.6 million FAA grant. Covers public involvement activities across the central Puget Sound region’s 29-airport system, including technical working groups, PSRC Executive Board briefings, online survey, focus group interviews, three virtual public meetings, and an online open house. Documents audience segmentation (core audiences, stakeholders, influentials, interested parties), key takeaways on participation and community input, and recommendations for future aviation planning efforts.
