Deposition transcript of James Clayton Kelley, Senior Wetland Ecologist at Parametrix, taken March 15, 2001 in Superior Court Case No. 99-2-26788-5 KNT (Port Of Seattle v. RST Enterprises, Inc. and King County). Kelley holds a Ph.D. from Michigan State University in plant ecology and botany and has worked as a wetland consultant in Seattle since 1987. Testimony covers his role as lead wetland and national resource permitting manager for the Sea-Tac Airport third runway project, wetland delineations on the Vacca Farm property (Appendix C Prior Converted Cropland), the Revised Draft Wetland Delineation Report Master Plan Update for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (August 1999), 404 permit status with Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Ecology, prior converted croplands under the Food Security Act, Figure C1 wetland maps, and wetland determination field data prepared by Bill Kleindl at Parametrix.
