Imagine Des Moines 2044 is the City of Des Moines, Washington comprehensive plan adopted September 25, 2025 by ordinance. The plan covers 12 chapters including Land Use, Transportation, Conservation and Environment, Capital Facilities, Housing, Economic Development, Parks and Recreation, and neighborhood-specific elements for the North Central Neighborhood, Marina District, and Pacific Ridge. Also includes a Healthy Des Moines Element and technical appendices on housing and health.
