Port Of Seattle’s Motion to Strike Overlength Brief filed October 9, 2001 in Pollution Control Hearings Board (PCHB) case No. 01-160, Airport Communities Coalition (ACC) v. Department of Ecology and Port Of Seattle. Port Of Seattle argues ACC filed a 46-page reply memorandum exceeding the Board-ordered 30-page limit by more than 16 pages, violating WAC §371-08-430 and two express Board orders.
