Agenda for the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) Executive Board Meeting held June 27, 1996, at the Seattle Center Flag Pavilion, Seattle, WA. Presided over by Executive Doug Sutherland, President. Public hearing from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, followed by Executive Board deliberation. Consent agenda items include approval of minutes from April 25, 1996; vouchers dated 4/29/96 through 6/17/96 totaling $874,201.18; FY 1997 contracts and membership dues; certification of transportation elements for local comprehensive plans for Des Moines and Issaquah; assessment of consistency with Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) for Regional Transit Authority’s revised system plan; and routine amendment to 1996-98 Transportation Improvement Program and 1996 Unified Planning Work Program. New business includes a recommendation to the General Assembly on an amendment to the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) to include plans for Sea-Tac Airport expansion with additional noise reduction measures. Also announces Regional Forum on ISTEA reauthorization, July 2, 1996, Portland, Oregon, and General Assembly Meeting, July 11, 1996.
