***This is not an official public hearing. The Port Commission is providing this additional opportunity for oral public comment as an informal public meeting pursuant to WAC 197-11-535(6).

In Person Comment: Open to the public at Commission Chambers. Arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign up at the door.
