Contract addendum/amendment extending the term of the July 17, 2017 agreement between City of Des Moines (City Manager Tim George) and Vianair, Inc. (James K. Allerdice, Jr., Director/Chief of Consulting Operations, 108 West 13th St., Suite 105, Wilmington, DE 19801) through December 31, 2025. This is the fourth amendment to the original contract, following prior amendments dated June 3, 2021, December 30, 2021, and November 3, 2022. Signed by Des Moines on 02/29/2024 and by Vianair on 03/05/2024; approved as to form by Assistant City Attorney Matthew Hutchins. Extension authorized pursuant to paragraph 3 of the original contract and paragraph 1 of the December 30, 2021 amendment. Filed in context of the Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP).
