Brian Wilson, City Manager of Burien, responds to a Port of Seattle email identifying Chip Davis, Director of Community Development, as the City of Burien’s contact for the resumption of the Port’s single-family sound insulation program. The original email from Marco Milanese of the Port of Seattle explains that C&S Engineers has been retained to manage the program and seeks meetings with city staff in SeaTac, Burien, and Des Moines to familiarize themselves with building and construction inspection practices.
