This document is Modification No. 2 to the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the EPA’s Environmental and Climate Justice Community Change Grants Program, issued by the Office of Environmental Justice and External Civil Rights. It revises and clarifies several sections of the original NOFO, including updates to important dates, technical assistance information, brownfields redevelopment requirements, and Target Investment Areas. The modification supersedes all previous versions of the NOFO, with applications accepted on a rolling basis until November 21, 2024.
