Port of Seattle agency invitation letter dated July 30, 2018 (POS SEPA No. 18-01), issuing a SEPA Determination of Significance (DS) and requesting comments on the scope of a SEPA Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and NEPA Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP) Near-Term Projects. The letter describes approximately 30 Near-Term Projects planned for construction by 2027, including a second terminal, centralized maintenance campus, off-airport cargo handling facilities, roadway realignment, and fueling facility expansion, accommodating up to 477,000 annual aircraft operations and 56 million annual passengers.
