StART Sea-Tac Stakeholder Advisory Round Table June 27, 2018 recap

The Sea-Tac Stakeholder Advisory Round Table (StART) met on June 27, 2018 to discuss and prioritize actions for preventing, reducing, and mitigating aviation noise around Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Members representing neighboring communities, airlines, and the Port of Seattle identified top priorities including near-term noise-reduction measures, modifications to air and ground operations, and engagement with elected officials at all levels of government. A working group was established to develop specific recommendations, with the next public meeting scheduled for August 22, 2018.
