
Resolution No. 3257 of the Port of Seattle Commission establishes the Mobile Home Airport Compatibility Program, which provides financial assistance of up to $12,000 per mobile home to help relocate residents from mobile home parks near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport that are being converted to airport-compatible land uses. Park owners who participate must grant an avigation easement to the Port, restrict future property use to airport-compatible purposes, and ensure residents receive an approved relocation plan.
