Port of Seattle Resolution No. 2741 authorizes amendments to the Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements and the Sea-Tac Communities Plan to redesignate a subject property on the west side of Sea-Tac International Airport from ‘Open Space’ and ‘Airport Facility’ to ‘Office/Park–Buffer Use Area’ for development of a Boeing corporate headquarters facility. The resolution authorizes the sale or lease of the property to The Boeing Company, contingent on satisfaction of specified conditions including zoning reclassification and FAA approval. The Port Commission finds the proposed facility consistent with Sea-Tac Communities Plan objectives and not resulting in significant adverse environmental impacts.
