Notes
Motion filed by Airport Communities Coalition (ACC) and Citizens Against Sea-Tac Expansion (CASE) in PCHB No. 01-160 before the Pollution Control Hearings Board, State of Washington, seeking to strike Port Of Seattle’s pre-hearing brief for violating the Pre-Hearing Order’s 30-page limit and formatting rules (12-point font, double spacing, 1-inch margins). ACC argues Port Of Seattle submitted a 37-page brief disguised as 30 pages by using 24-point line spacing (between 1.5 and double), top margins of .8 inch, and left margins of .9 inch. ACC and CASE had trimmed their joint brief from 85 pages to 60 pages to comply. Filed by Helsell Fetterman LLP attorneys Peter J. Eglick (WSBA #8809), Kevin L. Stock (WSBA #14541), and Michael P. Witek (WSBA #26598); AR 002111–002113.
