Highline Forum Agenda: 2024 StART Annual Report and Economic Development Grants, May 28, 2025

The Highline Forum held its May 28, 2025 meeting at Burien City Hall, focusing on the 2024 StART (Sea-Tac Airport Roundtable) Annual Report and the Port of Seattle's Economic Development Grant Program. Representatives from the Port of Seattle presented updates on airport noise mitigation efforts, related state legislative activity, and grant opportunities for communities affected by Sea-Tac Airport operations. The Forum, which meets bimonthly with rotating host cities including Burien, Federal Way, Des Moines, and SeaTac, provides a regional venue for coordinating on airport noise policy and community impact issues.
