Amended agenda for the Des Moines City Council regular meeting held July 19, 2018 at City Council Chambers, 21630 11th Avenue S, Des Moines, Washington. Old Business includes: (1) Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with Highline College for the College Way Connection Project, integrated with Sound Transit’s Federal Way Link Extension (FWLE), Kent Des Moines Link light rail station at 30th Avenue South and South 236th Street/College Way, presented by Chief Operations Officer Dan Brewer; (2) Bond Ordinance for Limited Tax General Obligation Improvement and Refunding Bonds 2018, second reading, presented by Finance Director Beth Anne Wroe.
