This is a signed legal agreement dated March 23, 2020, in which Robert Sherman acknowledged and accepted the inherent risks associated with performing work under a contract between ABCx2 LLC and Arlington County, Virginia. By signing, Sherman agreed to hold harmless and indemnify Arlington County, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, injuries, or costs arising from his work on the contract.
