Jensen assumes all inherent risks of performing contract work, including theft, property damage, and personal injury, and covenants to indemnify the County Board of Arlington County and all its officers, departments, agencies, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, injuries, fines, penalties, court costs, and attorney’s fees arising from her work on the contract.
