Requests authorization to place fill material into waters of the United States at Sea-Tac Airport associated with the Master Plan Update improvements including a Third Parallel Runway (7.38 acres wetland impact), 34R Extension by 600 feet, Runway Safety Areas 16L/R (2.34 acres), and Terminal/Landside improvements (2.51 acres), totaling 12.23 acres of wetland impacts.
