Curriculum vitae of C. Linn Gould, President of Erda Environmental Services, Inc., Seattle, WA. Gould worked as Risk Assessment/Management and Wetlands Consultant from 1991 onward, including work for the Port of Seattle Third Runway project (risk-based soil criteria for embankment), Washington State petroleum contamination risk-based environmental policy (1996-2000), and remediation of the Southwest Harbor Project (Port of Seattle, 1996 Project Team of the Year Award). Prior experience includes Risk Assessment Task Manager and Soil Scientist at CH2M Hill, Bellevue, WA (1990-1991), Research Specialist at University of Wisconsin Water Resources Center (1985-1988, septic systems and water quality), and Engineering Geologist at Rittenhouse-Zeman & Associates, Bellevue, WA.
