EXH AR018379: Email — Meeting with Mic Dinsmore, Port Of Seattle, Wes Ulman, PSRC, and Governor re Sea-Tac Airport Third Runway

Notes

Email from Raymond Hellwig (Ecology) to Thomas Fitzsimmons, copied to Tom Luster and others, dated May 11, 2000, regarding a meeting arranged by Martha Choe (CTED) for May 16, 2000 between Governor Gary Locke, Wes Ulman, and Mic Dinsmore (Port Of Seattle) about the Sea-Tac Airport third runway project. Agenda items include Ecology’s timetable for decision-making, the Port’s stormwater management plan, aquatic resource management plan, cumulative impacts from third runway related projects (temporary SR-509 access road), King County review, and whether the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) resolution approving the SeaTac expansion has a deadline. Tom Luster’s research with Steven Kyle at PSRC found the deadline to be a non-issue. Exhibit 166 in AR series (DOE 6/8/00 0443).
