With respect to the North Sea Tac Park Density Guidelines as laid do.n in the Sea Tac Co~rnunities Plan and the North Sea Tac Park Plan by the FAA , it was generally agreed that we wonld oppose any r elaxation of the guidelines based upon_ safety considerations and al so because the existence of the Park serves as a publlc relations tool f or the Port . Mr . Jack Leffler, a retired United Airline Pilot and an unannounced canidate for Port Commissioner , stated that from a pilot ' s point of viet.,r the density guidelines should not be relaxed . Please respond in kind . i·fe also discussed the methods by vihich community representatives should be appointed to the Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) which is an inherent part of the SeaTac Communities Plan that is intended to be the watch dog to see that community issues are heard and appropriately addressed by the POS .
