Thank you for your recent letter to inquire about the availability of Congressional documents. It is my pleasure to enclose copies of H. R. 4312 and H.R. 7720, the "Airport and Airway Development Ex- tension Acts of 1975," in which you expressed interest . As you will note, these two measures were introduced by The Honorable Dale Milford in the House of Repre- sentatives during the 1st Session of the 94th Congress. Upon introduction, H.R. 4312 and H.R. 7720 were referred to the House Committee on Public Works and Transportation, and both bills are currently pending before the Subcom- mittee on Aviation. Subcommittee hearings began on H.R. 4312 on April 14, 1975, and are still underway. No action has been taken regarding H.R. 7720. Thank you also for your comments regarding develop- ment plans for Sea Tac. I hope that the enclosed documents' will be of assistance to you in your study of airport development programs. The group decided to support the Port of Seattle’s 90-day Interim Study for property acquisition in the extended clear zone and planned to contact U.S. Senators Magnuson and Jackson for funding assistance.
