Sea-Tac Third Runway: Lack of Time for Agencies and Public to Review New Low Flow Analysis

Notes

A letter from attorney Kevin L. Stock of Helsell Fetterman LLP, representing the Airport Communities Coalition (ACC), to Gordon White of the Washington Department of Ecology’s Shorelands and Environmental Assistance Program. The letter protests the insufficient time given to the public and agencies to review the Port of Seattle’s massive July 2001 Low Flow Analysis submitted in support of its 401 certification application for the Sea-Tac Third Runway. ACC urgently requests a minimum of thirty days for public comment on the Port’s latest low flow analysis before Ecology issues its 401 decision.
