Port of Seattle Resolution No. 3848 approving the Port’s full participation in the City of Bellevue’s tax increment area for the Grand Connection Crossing project. The resolution authorizes the Port to contribute tax increment funds to support transportation-related public improvements that will enhance integration and connection of neighborhoods within and adjacent to the increment area.
