Notes
A proposed order from the Pollution Control Hearings Board granting Port of Seattle’s motion to strike the overlength reply memorandum filed by Airport Communities Coalition. The Board found that Airport Communities Coalition did not show good cause to deviate from earlier scheduling orders, and ordered that all pages beyond page 30 of the October 8, 2001 reply memorandum be stricken. The order was presented by Port of Seattle’s legal counsel from Foster Pepper & Shefelman PLLC and Marten & Brown LLP.
