Notes
Direct testimony of Erik Stockdale, Senior Wetlands Specialist with the Washington State Department of Ecology, submitted before the Pollution Control Hearings Board in PCHB No. 01-160. The testimony addresses impacts to wetlands and aquatic resources from the Port of Seattle’s Master Plan Update improvement projects at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which would fill 18.37 acres of palustrine freshwater wetlands and 0.92 acres of prior converted croplands. Stockdale’s role was to evaluate whether the project would comply with water quality standards in Ecology’s review of the Port’s Clean Water Act Section 401 Certification application.
