Commission agenda memorandum requesting authorization for the Executive Director to execute an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) professional services agreement for environmental review and permitting consulting services in support of the Aviation Division, with a cumulative total not to exceed $6,500,000 over a five-year plus three option year ordering period. The contract will support SEPA and NEPA reviews, environmental permitting, compliance monitoring, and sustainability initiatives such as LEED and Salmon Safe certification. It replaces an existing IDIQ contract anticipated to reach its funding limit in 2020.
